 The mission of Lanier County Schools is to produce academically competent graduates who have career and life skills necessary to be contributing and productive citizens in society.

Lanier County Schools Federal Programs

Federal funds are provided through the Georgia Department of
Education to local educational agencies (LEAs) and public schools with high numbers or percentages of poor children to help ensure that all children meet challenging State academic content and student academic achievement standards. The following federal programs support instruction and learning in the Lanier County School System. Staff training, supplemental student resources and intervention are supported with federal funds.
