About PowerSchool

PowerSchool is a powerful student information system that supports a logical education workflow that automates critical functions like attendance, scheduling, classroom grading, and reporting. Student information is readily available to teachers, administrators and parents. As a parent, you may access your child's grades and attendance records via PowerSchool at http://sis.lanier.k12.ga.us/public and typing in his/her username and password.  Note: Your child's username and password are printed on each progress report that he/she receives.

By clicking on the blue grade, you may view your child's individual assignments for the class and grades for each assignment. By clicking on the number of absences, you may view the days and the status of each absence e.g., excused, unexcused, etc.
